I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at GLG (London, England) in Feb 2018
Interview
Unnecessarily long-winded application with interviewers who wanted to be anywhere else. For a graduate role, they expect you to know how to do everything already rather than use the interview as an opportunity to see if you have the skills that would make you a good employee. Expected me to know information about internal facts that I'd have no way of knowing and then used this as a reason against me!
Overall, the interview and some interviewers gave off a very negative impression of the company and its culture - completely reinforcing the other reviews I'd seen on Glassdoor prior. Interview was hard due to their incredibly high expectations for a graduate role.
Very unprofessional company and team, I would personally never reapply or work with that company in capacity both as an applicant or client. I have nothing more to say regarding the experience.
