I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at GLG (Singapore)
Interview
Unstructured process, not tedious but unlike any other job interview for similar roles. Dont think budget was derived for the role before the interview process which defeats the purpose of a candidate wasting days of annual leave to go through the time consuming case studies and presentation preparation with no final hire for that role. 5-step interview process.
3 stages in interview that were split into one with a HR representative, one case study and one behaviorial line of questioning. Interviews were back to back & 30 - 45 mins long each. Had a positive experience.

describe a time you had a conflict with a colleague or a client and how you resolved it
Waste of time. The recruiter said they'd call me at the scheduled time but never did. They texted me 5 minutes after the interview was supposed to start only to tell me that I need to be rescheduled. Then got back to me a couple of days later with the new scheduled time and basically just asked the same screening questions that you fill out during the online application.
