The hiring interview consists of one video interview, followed by a call interview and finally an in-person interview I found out later that 15 female candidates got accepted to the role and one male candidate only. So I thought maybe this is their criteria and decided not to apply for future positions with them based on that and due to the unfriendliness of the staff.

I get the interview through agent.First they will give you a laptop write essay. Then interviewer will come to ask you question. Not very technical one , but need think carefully and answer.

They mostly asked questions about you and your educational background and why I had a gap year. They also asked me to tell them about what I knew about the company.
