I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at GLG (New York, NY) in Aug 2019
Interview
Phone call with recruiter for 30 min then phone call with hiring manager within a week or two. Final on site with hiring manager and VP. Little to no feedback post interviews besides the standard "went in different direction". Overall good interactions, could of been excellent if not for how it ended.
The interview process was 4 rounds. 1 test in-between interview held on Google forms, 1 hours timed. Not very hard and was actually kinda fun.
1 screening
1 associate
1 test
1 senior
2 seniors back to back
Not very har questions
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at GLG in Mar 2026
Interview
Started with HR screening phone call. Then did a take-home case study followed by a review interview to go over my thought process. The last round was 2 behavioral b2b interviews. Overall, a very pleasant experience with very quick turnaround and smooth communication. Each interview felt like a conversation, and all the interviewers were all very kind.
