Sent in my CV and heard back less than a week later. Had a 20 minute interview from a HR coordinator who was very friendly. Questions were simple and straight-forward, just going through my CV, my strengths and my weaknesses. I was then invited to an in-house interview where I was questioned by 3 different people. Questions were again all very simple and often repetitive but the process itself was v long with over an hour and a half spent in the office in total.

solid interview process, a 30 minute chat with the hr recruiter, mostly behavioral questions and then asking about how your english and chinese is. very simple and very effective, did not waste time at all.
