I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at GLG (Philadelphia, PA)
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter from the organization. Completed 6 interviews with 6 different people along with a case study that needed to be complete within an hour. Everyone was very easy to talk to and I enjoyed each interview but the process was WAY to drawn out. I interviewed with them for a month and a half.
Don’t let them fool you, this is basically a recruiting job with a different title. The most common questions I was being asked was how comfortable I was with contacting people to become one of the companies “experts”.
I went through the interview process for practice and it definitely got my mind sharp. But I had no recruiting experience so there was no offer. I would’ve declined the offer even if I received one, don’t feel like I’m missing out on a career of a lifetime here.

5 Interviews Stages, HR Call, Case study, Case study discussion, 2 Calls with Senior Leadership. Great experience, nothing technical. I would say prepare about GLG and services really well. Its an info services company so its more about sales and project management, than private equity

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at GLG (Barcelona) in Sep 2024
Interview
I applied for the Junior position originally.
First had to submit a 1-way interview video. I received an invitation for a phone screening interview with the HR manager. During the interview, he said he wanted to put me on the Senior role considering my experience and skills. Went to the second round, then third round which was a roleplay, and then final interview. The whole process lasted almost 5 weeks.
The feedback from all the people who conducted the interviews was positive and encouraging.
I then received an automated email a week later saying I didn't have enough experience and skills - which I believe you could have seen on my application originally, or not put me on the Senior role in that case? Asked for more feedback, never heard back from the recruiters.
The position was posted again some time after so I sent another email, never heard back.
Then yesterday they sent me a request to start the whole process again.
