How did you persuade someone in your previous job?
5 stage-interview process with a technical assignment of 3 hours. Pretty straight-forward, it took around a month to get through all stages. Very good coordination with recruitment. The assignment consisted of an excel data spreadsheet and 5 questions with presentation on the findings.
