I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at GLG (Austin, TX) in May 2015
Interview
Process took a lot longer and required more interviews than I expected. The first phone interviews were behavioral. One from HR as a basic screen, then two from senior employees. From there, they sent out a case study to be performed over the next 24-48 hours and then reviewed with a senior employee. They then invited me out to Austin. The day of interviews was entirely behavioral starting with junior to mid-level associates taking me out for coffee and followed by behavioral interviews with senior VPs and mid-level associates. Human resources failed to send a detailed interview schedule and there wasn't an HR rep to mediate the schedule for the day. As a result, the schedule was unclear to pretty much everyone and I was left sitting in a conference room alone for about an hour as they figured out what was going on. This wasn't a particularly positive experience, but it was clear this was mostly a failure on behalf of HR rather than the interviewing staff.
Very unprofessional company and team, I would personally never reapply or work with that company in capacity both as an applicant or client. I have nothing more to say regarding the experience.
