I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at GLG (Austin, TX) in Oct 2014
Interview
Applied through a campus recruiter. I had a brief phone conversation with her after which I scheduled a time to speak with 2 research managers back-to-back over the phone. Each phone interview lasted about 30 minutes and included questions about GLG's model and my interest in joining.
I was then asked to complete a take-home case over the weekend and submit by Monday. That week another research manager reviewed my case over the phone and asked me questions about my thought process. I was then scheduled for a day of on-site interviews.
I arrived around noon and had lunch at a nearby restaurant with two newly hired research associates where I had the chance to learn more about the company. Then I had 3 back to back interviews each with senior management, about 1 hour each, and revolved around my resume and personal interests.
I was scheduled for yet another day of on-site interviews where I complete 2 more interviews with research managers.
Very unprofessional company and team, I would personally never reapply or work with that company in capacity both as an applicant or client. I have nothing more to say regarding the experience.
