I applied online in October 2015. Initially had telephone interview. Then Interviewed with Dublin office in November 2015 for position as Recruiting Intern. Interviewed by three people in succession. Process was very positive; first and last interviews were more informal and the second interview was slightly more challenging. Candidates are expected to show an understanding of how GLG functions as a business as well as demonstrate an awareness of what day-to-day activity at GLG may look like.

Interview
The interview process was normal and questions you would expect during a recruiter position. The interview-er was also very kind and felt like a normal conversation. Learned more about the position as well.
