I was a customer at this location for some time. I have an extensive background in sales and marketing. I had recently sold a company I owned after my father had passed away and wanted to get back in the work force. He had offered me a part time job several time and I had refused. Then, I was in there shopping one day when he had several customers he had asking him about things he had no idea of. I have been working out and involved in bodybuilding shows so I stepped in and assisted the customers. After they left he asked me if I were to come on as a part time sales associate would I take the manager job in a month? I said I may, we spoke about the duties and task. I came on as a part time employee that weekend and within 60 days he resigned and I was promoted. That is more of a background than interview but thats how my interview went. Side note: I improved that location dramatically.
