What kind of approach do you take when it comes to the sales process?
Pretty easy going interview. Pay isn’t great but the offer to run your own store is there they don’t necessarily care if you are a muscle head. Just that you have good sales and management experience.

Spent an hour at an in person interview with one of their trainers and it went very well. He was wonderful. The DM knew I was out of range wage wise and still had me interview.
