Phone screen followed up by a in person interview. I was interviewed by 4 different people in the organization including a member of HR. Interview felt less formal and was more of a conversation on experience and on what the role was about. A member of HR gave me a timeline of how the hiring process was going to go after interview and stated I would know the decision either way, however it was radio silence after the interview. I followed up only to be ignored. It’s extremely rude and inconsiderate since I took a half day unpaid from my place of work for this interview. Regardless candidates should be informed of what the decision is.
