I received a request for a phone interview shortly after applying through their website. I interviewed with both the director and manager. The interview went well and it seemed like both the director and manager was receptive of what I was contributing and they seemed genuinely interested. I later was in contact with the hiring manager but after they reached back to me with a personality questionnaire, they ghosted me. No response whatsoever. For a company that prides itself on customer service, I expected a little more. Would not recommend.
