I applied online. I interviewed at GOAT Group (Newark, NJ) in Apr 2021
Interview
Basic Questions. They just want to know what your commute’s like and your basic day to day, alongside availiability to best suit your needs (especially since I am a college student). Overall a pretty standard interview. A bit of personal banter and a bit of professionalism. Can’t complain much
Multiple round interview with a lot of questions about your sneaker knowledge such as brand names, and shoe terminology. More credit if you were able to identify if a shoe looked “off” meaning you could spot a knockoff off the bat.

Question 1
How would you handle a situation where you have a disagreement with a coworker and/or upper management?
I applied online. I interviewed at GOAT Group (Chicago, IL) in Sep 2023
Interview
Straightforward but you will need to know sneaker concepts like shoe brands, and key figures. I was also asked to name certain silhouettes and terms of shoes. This is a perfect job for a sneakerhead but be wary that your duties will extend past just shoes as it is a warehouse environment.
They email you about the application submitted, you get a phone call being interviewed about the job, confirmation for meeting, training at warehouse location, phone call/email if accepted. The entire procedure was pretty normal and done professionally.
