I graduated from a golf academy in 2008 and found the job through a recruiter. I applied online and had a phone interview with a recruiter. After the initial screening I was interviewed by a franchise owner in Florida as well as a corporate executive for the Dallas market. I was offered the position in Dallas over the phone.

Question 1
Be prepared to know multiple swing styles - especially stack and tilt. We talked a lot about model golf, 8 step swing, and one/two plane swings. Stack and tilt is a huge emphasis now.

You submit and Online Application with resume and references first then they send several questions and you record yourself answering. Finally a video call interview with the manager with basic interview questions and a swing evaluation quiz of a golfer

Interview
Easy application process, followed by a one way interview then followed by an online zoom call. Regional manager was very professional and easy to talk to. Got a great sense for the job and the day to day duties.
Very professional and thorough, answered all the questions I had and then some. Very well done. Hiring manager was extremely helpful and understood my individual situation and thought of solutions.
