Screening with recruiter, first interview with hiring manager and second interview with Microsoft stakeholder. Very professional and receptive throughout the process. I felt updated through every step and aware of all benefits, expectations of the role, etc

Basic questions, they were highly favorable to applicants that had previous Microsoft experience.
