Applied online, then I was brought in for an interview. This was a good experience in general. Some questions about experience and examples of the work completed. Run through of resume, etc. They were nice and friendly, which was relaxing. I had previous knowledge of microfinance, which helped, as the role required some understanding of the processes.

Telephone interview. Process took few weeks. Generally easy process. No unexpected questions. Motivation, background, walk through resume, previous internships or projects, awards, international work or study experience, experience or knowledge of microfinance and Grameen.
