First I received a phone call and that went well. I didn't hear anything from them for several months so I assumed they weren't interested. Then i received a phone call out of the blue asking for me to come in the next day for an interview. I was interviewed by 2 people, the person I would be reporting to and his partner. There was no HR employee present. I was given a project to complete and submit before being given a position.
