Applied online on a Friday, got an invitation for a phone screen the following week. Phone screen was standard. Said I would hear back in two weeks. Two weeks pass and I follow up. Said they were busy and it would be another week. I gave two more weeks before following up. Radio silence back. Finally a week and a half later got the rejection.
