I applied online. I interviewed at GSK in Dec 2025
Interview
I completed a video interview last year. It consisted of several pre-recorded questions, and I had to record my responses within a limited time. The questions were mainly behavioural, focusing on past experiences, teamwork, problem-solving, and how I handled challenges. There were no technical questions. The format felt quite structured, and I had some preparation time before each recording.
It was a panel interview with three people that lasted around 2 hours. The questions were of a standard difficulty, and there was a technical element, strengths based element and motivation element.
