I applied through college or university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at GSK (London, England) in Feb 2020

Interview

It was a three step procedure. First an online behavioural assessment, followed by an online application if the behavioural assessment was passed. The final step was the assessment centre which consisted of a group problem solving activity, a solo presentation and an interview.

The interviewer was very friendly and willing to share own experience. Always compliment your answer. Very long interview, kept thinking and answering questions for hours. Very challenging behavioral questions which are hard to prepare
