Interview
First it was the online application process where we have to submit essays. Second stage was an online test where we were asked to complete a set of situational questions. Third and final stage was a day assessment where we went through 5 phases of assessment, first stage : CSR discussion, stage 2 : face to face interview, stage 3 : role play, stage 4 : case study presentation ( case study was given a week earlier for us to prepare for the day) , and finally stage 5: Risk management discussion
