First you have to fill in an eligibility form, followed by an application form where they ask some general questions about your work / voluntary experience, and two longer questions about your motivation for the company and the role you have applied to. After this you have to complete a virtual assessment called the World of GSK where they assess your strengths against GSK's values and expectations, so it's good to revise these before you start the assessment. The final part of the application process is the assessment centre. You complete a group exercise where you have to analyse some data and decide on three main points with your group. After that you have to present your findings individually and decide whether you agreed with the team's decision or not and why, and you have to explain what you did to contribute to the team. There is also an individual interview with two employees and they follow a set script and ask you questions related to their values and expectations, they are not allowed to prompt you so make sure you answer the question fully. The questions are strengths-based so don't ask for examples, but make sure you do include these where you can.
