2. Life job assessment stimulation: Put in order the decision you most likely to choose to the least likely based on different situations.
3. Assessment Centre: half-day interviews with different managers and medical directors. Results of the IV were informed the next day of the IV.

There was four separate assessments. All online and all individual. It has changed since then to a group assessment, technical interview and personal interview. The interview process is job dependent as some roles do not require a technical interview.
CV submission on the site.after that there was a situation judgement test, on workday followed by video submission using the questions given by them.The test aslo had numerical ability questions
