I applied to the role on GSK's Workday platform. Within a few days I received an email inviting me to an initial call with a HR advisor. We spoke shortly after, the call latest roughly 15 minutes with standard questions such as 'Why GSK?' and 'Why this particular role?' The following week I received an email inviting me to an (video) interview which was scheduled in a few days after. I received quick feedback from the first interview and news that I was successful, making it through to the final round. I (video) interviewed a second time, showcasing a task that I had completed. I wasn't successful in getting the role, but the process was really efficient and I received great feedback from GSK around why I didn't get the position. There was good communication throughout and everyone I met was friendly and welcoming.
