Tough, had an online assessment, followed by phone interview which i scaled through, then assessment center at the physical office. It lasted a whole day and consisted of role play, presentations and one on one interviews
2 rounds of job simulation online, and 1 round of panel interview if passed the online test. The panel interview was conducted for a few hours with 1 on 1 interview and a group case study. The interviewers were nice.

Business case discussions and 1on1 case reflections
We had to take an assessment for an entire day. I was with a group of 10-12 people. There were groupings where you need to work in a group and there will be an individual presentation as well. There are panelists who will judge your individual/group presentation and there are hypothetical cases as well where in you need to identify the problem and what you would do to address this.
All the people were really approachable.
