Full data interview starting at 7AM. Focused on behavioral questions. Two hours of telephone interviews with staff in the UK. The format was basic, but very long and repetitive. It felt more like an interrogation than an interview. The hotel that was booked for me was very bad and I had a hard time sleeping. It was not my best interview and I did not get an offer. However, based on what I witnessed and observed, I do not think this was a good place to work. The majority of my interview committee no longer works for GSK, so I think there was consensus about this. After my interview, I did not hear a single word. It took more than six months to be reimbursed for my interview expenses.
