For the internship, there was an online in-house simulation assessment with both behavioural and quantitative questions. The interview itself was completely strengths-based – the hiring manager was blind to my CV and asked questions to understand my experiences and thought processes for certain situations, more than any highly-specific technical questions. The interview was done over Skype and lasted 1 hour.
