I was contacted by a recruiter for this position. A preliminary phone screen was set up with the Head of IT. After that an in-person interview was scheduled. During this 4-5 hour session I met with a Linux Engineer, a Help Desk Specialist, a Data Center Engineer, a Network Engineer, the Head of IT, and the CTO. The questions and conversations were technical and non-technical. All seemed to go well and I was told the team would come to a conclusion in about a week. Never received a response.
Note: Do a better job with the Phone Screen so candidates do not wasted their time and money interviewing for 4 hours.
