Their recruiter set up a time to talk but was walking around their home doing stuff and interacting with other people while I was talking. After giving 7 hours of my time to two coding interviews and a phone screen they sent me an automated rejection response.

Question 1
First programming problem home test was importing spreadsheet of trades and calculating various metrics and data reports. Second interview round question was an hour pair coding exercise on one of those cutesy make a function that finds the sum of a list type puzzle problems.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at GTS (New York, NY) in Dec 2012
Interview
Worked through a recruiter. First step was a standard C++ IKM test, then a non-technical phone interview to find out motivations, etc. Next was a timed program you had to write. Finally an in person interview that was highly technical that I did not prepare for.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Spend a few days studying for the IKM test--you'll need a very high score. The program is pretty easy but you must make it very efficiient. I didn't realize how technical the final interview would be and didn't prepare, thinking most of the technical stuff was out of the way. It included writing code on a piece of paper.
