Interview with recruiter and then marketing manager. Had to complete an editing test as well. Both people were very friendly, and we had good conversations. Though I had to follow up with company a month after my interview to ultimately be told they didn't select me. Wish they'd have been more forthcoming with that.

Question 1
Describe a time where you and a co-worker didn't get along, and how you resolved this issue.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at GW (Saint Louis, MO) in Jun 2023
Interview
Met with the recruiter (Erin, who is amazing BTW) then a phone interview with the actual manager. Interviews themselves were pleasant and nice conversations. Was asked a lot about my previous experience. Company was big on examples and scenarios. Didn't hear anything for about a month after the interview, though, to which I had to follow up to be told they didn't select me. Wish they would have been more forward about that, but overall it was professional and I'd apply again in the future.
