I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Gables Residential (Houston, TX) in Jul 2020
Interview
I interviewed for a Leasing Position within this company out of Texas. The interview process took 3 weeks in total. I first interviewed on a phone call with a Property Manager who was very straight forward about expectations which was appreciated. The second interview was a zoom call with the same manager but also a secondary or assistant manager. The third interview consisted of what I thought would be a regional manager, but instead was with a property manager from a different location. I found the final interview to be the least productive because she didn’t seem genuine about her approach. She seemed to write me off immediately, but I made it to a third interview I must’ve been doing something right. She wasn’t rude I just don’t think she found me to be a good fit. I was hoping to hear something back about moving forward like I was informed I would, but when I didn’t I assumed I did not receive the position. I will say that Gables seems to be a great company who genuinely cares about its residents. I will definitely be applying for positions within their ranks again.
