Interview
The process was well structured, starting with the recruiter, followed by the department head, and then a series of cross-functional conversations with five potential colleagues, as well as time with the VP of HR and CEO. Those discussions gave me a clear view into the team, priorities, and how the organization operates. Overall, it provided a strong understanding of what the company values and how the role contributes to execution. The overall process took two months from beginning to end.
