I have applied using LinkedIn, the HR called me and asked some questions, like what is your knowledge of C++, salary expectations, the next day she called again to confirm the date and time of the Interview (on-site), after one week I went for the interview in Nazareth, it was good, the interviewer asked a lot of questions about C++, around 20-25 question, and all that was in just one hour, I felt good and the interviewer was kind to meI have sent a message to the HR after 21 days and there is no response, and I have sent again after 18 days and the same (no reponse), after 3 days I saw that they have posted the same job again in LinkedIn!!!that's disrespectful, all the companies that I have interviewed in repond after week and maximum 2 weeks, the HR has sent me a message today telling me that I have been declined because the client needs someone with experience but the interviewer has a very good feedback about me
