You first apply online, then they invite you to one of their locations for a group interview, and a one-on-one portion. During the one-on-one portion, they give you a scenario and ask what you would do in it; during the group portion, you design a teaching sample/or game and play it with other interviewees. Then, I was invited to an in-person interview, where I had a one-on-one with the camp director and then participated in a group interview. During the group interview, we presented activities and went through a typical camp day. A week after, I was invited to have a conversation with the camp director I interviewed with. She offered me a position, and then explained all of the details.
