I completed my interview over a video call. The camp director asked me questions including, “what would you do if one of your campers is misbehaving?” I was then asked to conduct a sample lesson of my choice, while the Camp Director used role play to test how I would react in different situations.

The interview process was the most fun experience . It had you act like a camper play games and teaching a mock class. Then did some team building exercises
