Interview
In all applicants (no matter what position) they basically look for someone who responds very cheerfully and smiley. Make sure you do this over the phone and in person, otherwise they'll deem you too serious for camp culture. For Team Leader, they ask situational questions with children. There's also a role play where the interviewer acts like an upset child, and you are the Team Leader trying to help them. Also prepare a group game to teach.

The group interview was fun and not stressful at all! It was really cool to hear from other potential candidates. We all had a chance to answer questions and it became more of a discussion versus interview.

Group interview with 4 other people, and the hiring manager. Very friendly. Had each of us present a camp/ icebreaker activity that we came prepared with and a couple of behavioral questions. Got a response a couple of weeks after!
