The application was via an agency. The interview was almost two halves, soft skills and technical ability. It lasted around an hour and a half. There was a section on my time management and logic, and another section of quick fire questions to assess my technical skills.

Interview
First interview was for a phone call with recruiter. She was Friendly. Explained position and next steps with hiring managers. Said she’d update me via email. I really wanted this position
Fast and efficient process. The interviewer was very transparent about next the next steps. I received a response quickly. It was not as dull as other discussions I’ve had with interviewers. The interviewer was quick to provide all potential avenues.
Interview process was smooth and easy. It was a zoom call where they asked the basic questions. It lasted about 30 minutes and at the end I got the impression I was going to get hired.
