Interview
Group interview with Area President and Sales Manager then one-on-one discussions with other senior leaders. Eventually, an online personality assessment is presented. Salary discussion and incentive programs were discussed near the end of the process. Still to come are drug testing and background check.
I had a virtual interview with a member of the team which focused on my background, why I was interested in the role, and how my experience translates to a client facing and target driven environment. We discussed what the day to day work involves, the training programme, and what success looks like. I also had time at the end to ask questions.
