Gallagher Vacationer interview questions

General process leading to final interview. Online application - believe the advertisement was on Linked In. I don't recall having to complete Online testing for this company, although its possible that i did. I believe there was a greater focus on personality and culture fit rather than technical ability- It was for an account management position. Interviewers included a director - all were really lovely people, i was disappointed to turn the offer down.
