I applied online. I interviewed at Gallup (Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi) in Oct 2012
Interview
I was contacted for a telephone assessment after completing the on-line assessment. Both took about 40 minutes each. I received an email one week later letting me know I did not fit their profile (or something like that). Given the number of postings on this site with the same story, I suspect that most people who submit an application will go through this process. I guess Gallup is in the business of polling large numbers of people and don't think much about it. However, given the time I spent answering the questions and researching the company I consider it somewhat inconsiderate. Job hunters have enough crap to deal with as it is. Did anyone out there get an offer from these people?

I applied online. I interviewed at Gallup (Singapore) in Dec 2020
Interview
Applied through Linkedin. First round was a test. Second round was phone interview. Third round was an video call interview with hiring manager. Fourth round was video call interview with the internal team
One of the most straightforward processes I've been engaged in. I submitted application materials and took an assessment, and later was contacted by HR for a phone interview for a high level discussion, followed by a phone interview with the hiring manager. This was followed by an in person interview with the hiring manager and other associates.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Gallup
Interview
Gallup truly practices what it preaches -- the interview process was both thorough and thoughtful, and onboarding was first-class. While vetting my candidacy carefully, Gallup also offered full transparency about its culture, mission, and the role itself.
