I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Gallup
Interview
Very sterile initial interview process. Received an email that directed me to a 888 number. First phone interview I was told it was structured, no ability to ask questions, and would feel awkward. Interviewer was right. No information or selling of the role, simply take take take from the interviewer. Should be a two-way street from an engagement perspective.

Question 1
There were none. However, it was clear that they have a rigid formula for interviewing. Probably did not get the best interview out of me.
Multiple interviews and one assessment but worth the processes, after you pass your initial interview you get interviewed from different disciplines in the business. it takes an average of 6 month but its a good processes of selection
It was the most structured and longest interview process I have ever had. However, was the most enjoyable and self-reflective. For most of the process I couldn't figure what the questions where trying to find, however; then I realized its to do with innate talents and strengths. Overall, by the time I had my 4th interview I started to figure out the Gallup culture and like the people that are interviewing me. So in a way the process convinced me that Gallup is an organization I would definitely want to join.
