      Research Associate Interview

      Sep 7, 2020
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Gallup in Mar 2019

      Interview

The first step is a web survey and if you do well on that, they ask you to meet with people 1:1. I thought the online survey was really obvious. I had 4 in-person interviews --- really different personalities. 2 interviewers were impressive...2 thought they were. Just make sure you read Gallup stuff before you start the process.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

I don't remember the exact questions on the online survey -- but it's obvious you are supposed to always pick the most extreme answer. If given a choice between sometimes happy and always happy -- choose ALWAYS. OR it's NEVER Ok to lie. Don't be humble - always rate yourself as high as possible. If you read their books, you know the answers to the questions.
