I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Gallup (Lincoln, NE) in Apr 2014
Interview
After the online questionnaire, which was 40 minutes long, the initial interview was by phone, where they called me and asked a series of questions, which were hurried and not full. The next step was a group interview, where they hardly got to know us; instead it was a bunch of questions about, "this is Gallup and this is what you're getting yourself into, do you still want to do this?"

Question 1
What do you bring to Gallup besides your abilities on the phones?
It was a group interview. First we went over expectations and examples, then we went around the table and did practice readings. We finished with a tour of the call center.
Easy group interview process. Got hired after a group interview. Had to read in front of a group to make sure you can clearly speak English. The process was easy.
Interviewer was courteous, friendly and professional, everything was explained upfront. Kind and respectful, all in all a great process. I was very impressed with the interviewing process as a whole. Would happily recommend.
