questions were similar to the online test and was rapid fire. There was no right or wrong basically they just wanna know if you are a fit.

As a manager would you spend more time with your top employees or average one.
Very friendly interviewers. I didn't not get the job but they personally called me to let me know I didn't me make the final round. They didn't treat me like a number, but as a person which I appreciated.

Second, an interview with the lead of talent.

Strengths-based questions, i.e., what are you good at, what is your goal in 5 years, what makes you motivated about joining Gallup, etc.
2 personality tests + one hygiene round + 2 technical rounds in total. The process was very rigorous and some parts of the interview made no sense. Overall, a very difficult experience all for nothing.
