I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Gallup (London, England) in Jul 2010
Interview
After completing an online multiple choice test, I was invited to a telephone interview. A lady from the States phoned me up and asked me a bunch of questions, none related to the actual job. There are a lot of pages on the Internet with the questions and about 1/3 of these I remember that I had read before the interview. It was like speaking to a robot, a some point the lady yawned. You could also hear that she typed on the computer at some point. A very strange interview, nothing you can prepare for in my honest opinion. I have not received the feedback yet, I guess it need they need to analyse the content using some magic formula before I get my yes/no.

Interview
the process was very straightforward, I was accompanied by Tony the whole time, I first met with him and then with the hiring manager for a second interview, finally I was asked to present before a panel and answer questions.
