Interview
I applied online and was prompted to complete the online personality assessment. The next morning I had received both an email and a phone call asking to set up a phone interview. The interview was scheduled for 2 weeks out. During this time, I studied behavioral interviews as well as the glassdoor interview reviews. The call took 45 minutes and was what I would describe as "rapid fire" in nature. The interviewer is not allowed to converse with you, they are simply there to read or re-read the questions for you. I was informed that "top of the brain" responses were desired, to just say what first came to mind. There was no breathing (or thinking) room between questions and I was exhausted by the time it was over. This occurred yesterday and I was told I would here back from them, good or bad, within 7 business days.
I applied online. I interviewed at Gallup (Singapore) in Dec 2020
Interview
Applied through Linkedin. First round was a test. Second round was phone interview. Third round was an video call interview with hiring manager. Fourth round was video call interview with the internal team
One of the most straightforward processes I've been engaged in. I submitted application materials and took an assessment, and later was contacted by HR for a phone interview for a high level discussion, followed by a phone interview with the hiring manager. This was followed by an in person interview with the hiring manager and other associates.

Interview
Gallup truly practices what it preaches -- the interview process was both thorough and thoughtful, and onboarding was first-class. While vetting my candidacy carefully, Gallup also offered full transparency about its culture, mission, and the role itself.
