I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Gallup in Mar 2011
Interview
Got contacted by a gallup recruiter, applied online, and had the first phone interview within one week of application online.
As described here, it was about 1 hr 20 mins of non stop rapid fire, recorded, structure interview with a recruiter asking basically behaviour questions. Some questions overlap with the questions online personality test and a lot of questions are about what kind of person you are, how you handle specific situations, your attitudes toward team work and memebers. You would get the general feelings looking through reviews here.
In the middle of the interview, the interviewer informed me that I might need to reschedule to continue since she only went through half of the questionnaires with 2-30 mins left . So I kept the answers short and simple for the rest of the interview to finish up on the spot. Overall, it was tiring, hard to pace evenly with no inputs provided but not as bad as I expected. I guess every company has its own way of finding right fits and you just need to work with the system if you want a job with the company. No result yet and if I got one, I will try to update.

I applied online. I interviewed at Gallup (Singapore) in Dec 2020
Interview
Applied through Linkedin. First round was a test. Second round was phone interview. Third round was an video call interview with hiring manager. Fourth round was video call interview with the internal team
One of the most straightforward processes I've been engaged in. I submitted application materials and took an assessment, and later was contacted by HR for a phone interview for a high level discussion, followed by a phone interview with the hiring manager. This was followed by an in person interview with the hiring manager and other associates.

Gallup truly practices what it preaches -- the interview process was both thorough and thoughtful, and onboarding was first-class. While vetting my candidacy carefully, Gallup also offered full transparency about its culture, mission, and the role itself.
