There's a personality test which I believe you can Google "correct" answers for. However, it's probably not going to be a great fit if you do that. Other questions were very standard--accomplishments, interpersonal skills, etc. The personality test was strange and a bit off-putting overall. It certainly made me decide that I didn't want to work there. All of this was after a written personality test with the online application submission.
